Roaron Construction Limited will advise and implement suggested strategies to construct, upgrade, or repair a parking lot. The four main strategies in which Roaron practises includes: Partial repair: This may entail the application of a waterproof membrane to help increase the durability of a new overlay and reduce the possibility of reflective cracking. Partial repairs may also include expansion joints, isolated roof slab repairs and crack sealing using standard asphalt based sealants or epoxy injection. Partial component replacement. Includes replacement of all chloride contaminated concrete or sectional asphalt repairs via cut out and hot patch. Complete removal and replace. This involves the complete removal and replacement of a concrete slab or large asphalt section. The hard surface is removed and the base is re-made to eliminate the previous problem(s). Total demolition and replacement. When an entire lot is in unsatisfactory condition and its functional life has failed, total removal of the hard surface and base must be completed to ensure a quality finished product.
